From a social, behavioral and health perspective, Senex investigates the aging process and old age period on a platform that encourages interaction among scientists, researchers and experts; it is an interdisciplinary periodical that aims to present empircal research, conceptual studies and methodological contributions of interest to the scientific community.

Senex seeks to advance dialogue among scientists, researchers and users of research findings coming from a variety of disciplines; in producing, updating and expanding relevant findings and current knowledge; and in contributing to original scientific studies, policy studies, best practices and utility models.
