All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Sirah Studies (Siyer Araştırmaları Dergisi) must be prepared in Microsoft Word using A4 page size, with all margins set to 2 cm.

The document must use the Times New Roman font. Headings should be in 12 point, the main text and references in 11 point, and the Turkish and English abstracts, including their headings, in 10 point.
The headings, the main text, and the reference list should be formatted with 6 pt spacing before and after each paragraph, 1.25 line spacing, a 1.25 cm first-line indent, and justified alignment.
Both the Turkish and English abstracts must be presented as a single paragraph. Their headings and text, as well as the keywords sections, should be formatted with 6 pt spacing before and after, single line spacing, and no first-line indent.
Headings should follow the decimal numbering system (e.g., 1., 1.1., 2., 2.1., 2.1.1). First-level headings must be written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, while lower-level headings should be written in Title Case, with only the initial letter capitalized.
The headings INTRODUCTION, CONCLUSION, and REFERENCES should be written in all capital letters and should not be numbered.
The reference list must conform to the ISNAD Citation System (2nd Edition) and must begin on a new page.
Footnotes, as well as the titles of tables, figures, and illustrations, must be formatted in Times New Roman, 10 point, with justified alignment.

Headers and footers must not be used, and page numbers should not be included.
Authors are only required to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the above guidelines. Any additional formatting and layout adjustments for accepted manuscripts will be standardized by Journal of Sirah Studies (Siyer Araştırmaları Dergisi) during the typesetting process.
