Bireysel Yine/Yenilenmeyi (Rezilyansı) Destekleyici İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Uygulamalarına İlişkin Bir Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması

Abstract

Organizasyonel
yine/yenilenme (rezilyans) kapasitesi, örgütlerin kriz anlarında ve yıkıcı
olaylar karşısında sağ kalma ve dönüşebilme becerilerini ifade etmektedir.
Organizasyonel yine/yenilenme kapasitesinin, örgütün çalışanları aracılığıyla
oluşturulabileceği öne sürülmektedir. Bireysel yine/yenilenme kapasitesi,
çalışanların zorlukları aşmaya yönelik belirli bilgi, beceri, yetkinlik ve
davranış kalıplarına sahip olmasını ifade etmektedir. Çalışanların bilgi,
beceri ve tutumları üzerinde değişimlere yol açmayı hedefleyen İnsan Kaynakları
Yönetimi (İKY) uygulamaları, yine/yenilenme kapasitesi oluşumunda önemli bir
rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, bireysel yine/yenilenmeyi destekleyici İKY
uygulamalarını değerlendirecek bir ölçüm aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
İki ayrı örneklemden elde edilen veriler ile keşfedici ve doğrulayıcı faktör
analizleri yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin 27 ifade ve 6 boyuttan oluştuğu görülmüştür.
