Abstract
Tükenmişlik işyerinde kronik kişilerarası ve duygusal stre unsurlarına tepki olarak gelişen psikolojik bir sendromdur. Sendromu belirleyen üç unsur vardır: duygusal yorgunluk, kişiliksizleşme ve kişisel başarının azalması. Tükenmişliğin hem bireysel hem de örgütsel açıdan olumsuz sonuçları vardır. Bu incelemede Malatya E tipi kapalı cezaevinde görevli koruma memurlarına uygulanan Tükenmişlik (MBI) anketinin sonuçları yer almaktadır
