Dijital Ufuklar: Teknolojinin Türkiye'deki Turizm Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öz

Bu araştırma, Türkiye'deki turizm sektöründe teknolojinin rolünü ve turist memnuniyetine etkisini derinlemesine incelemektedir. Araştırma, teknolojinin turizm endüstrisinde müşteri deneyimini nasıl zenginleştirdiğini, işletme maliyetlerini nasıl düşürdüğünü ve operasyonel verimliliği nasıl artırdığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca, pandemi sonrası dönemde teknolojinin oynadığı kritik rol ve çevresel sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine olan katkısı da değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırma, Türkiye'deki beş yıldızlı oteller üzerinde yoğunlaşarak, teknolojik yenilikler, müşteri memnuniyeti, işletme maliyetleri, operasyonel zorluklar ve çevresel sürdürülebilirlik gibi konuları ele almaktadır. Sonuçlar, teknoloji kullanımının rekabet avantajını artırdığını ve gelecekteki teknolojik yeniliklerin otellerin rekabetçi pozisyonunu daha da güçlendireceğini göstermektedir.
