Türkiye’de Öğretmenlerin Prekaryalaşma Deneyimi: Meta-Sentez Çalışması

Öz

Bu çalışma, Türkiye’deki öğretmenlerin kadrolu, sözleşmeli ve ücretli istihdam türleri bağlamında prekaryalaşma deneyimlerini meta-sentez yöntemiyle incelemektedir. Meta-sentez yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen analizde, öğretmenlerin iş güvencesizliği, kimlik krizi, esnek çalışma koşulları ve toplumsal sermaye eksikliği gibi temalar ön plana çıkmıştır. Bulgular, neoliberal politikaların öğretmenlerin mesleki kimliklerini, çalışma koşullarını ve toplumsal statülerini olumsuz yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Özellikle iş güvencesizliği ve esnek çalışma düzenlemeleri, öğretmenlerin mesleki aidiyet duygularını zayıflatmakta ve mesleki doyumlarını olumsuz etkilemektedir. Çalışma, öğretmenlerin yalnızca ekonomik anlamda değil, psikolojik ve toplumsal düzeyde de prekaryalaşmanın etkilerini deneyimlediğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bulgular doğrultusunda, eğitim politikalarının öğretmenlerin mesleki güvencesini ve toplumsal statüsünü destekleyici yönde yeniden düzenlenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır.

The Precarization Experiences of Teachers in Turkey: A Meta-Synthesis Study

Abstract

This study examines the precarization experiences of teachers in Turkey within the context of permanent, contracted, and substitute employment types using a meta-synthesis method. The analysis highlights key themes such as job insecurity, identity crisis, flexible working conditions, and the erosion of social capital. The findings reveal that neoliberal policies negatively impact teachers' professional identities, working conditions, and social status. In particular, job insecurity and flexible employment arrangements weaken teachers' sense of professional belonging and adversely affect their job satisfaction. The study demonstrates that teachers experience the effects of precarization not only economically but also psychologically and socially. Based on these findings, the study emphasizes the need for educational policies to be restructured to support teachers' professional security and social status.
