Eğitimde Yapay Zekâ Sistemlerinin Kullanımı ve Yapay Zekâ Etiği

With the development of technology, the use of digital resources in education has increased. The use of artificial intelligence (AI)-supported digital resources as educational tools is increasing interest in the ethics of artificial intelligence. The study focuses on the concerns surrounding the ethics of AI, despite the positive contributions of artificial intelligence systems in educational environments to educational quality. While AI applications supporting learning environments in education offer various opportunities for students, teachers, school administrators, and the system, they also pose certain social and ethical risks. Within the scope of the Turkey Century Education Model Skills Framework, students and teachers need to integrate more AI systems into education to acquire digital skills. The ethics of AI in imparting digital skills in education were examined using content analysis. The findings highlight the importance of ensuring the safe and fair use of student and teacher personal data in a transparent and auditable manner. The study emphasizes the development of digital literacy awareness and a societal ethical perception that protects personal data security and privacy in the use of artificial intelligence technologies. Furthermore, ethical considerations related to AI should be considered in the development of AI systems, and policymakers should implement ethical legal regulations. It is expected that the study will guide students, teachers, and school administrators by determining ethical issues regarding the use of AI applications in education.

Gelişen teknoloji ile eğitimde dijital kaynakların kullanımı artmaktadır. Yapay zekâ (Artificial Intelligence - AI) destekli dijital kaynakların eğitim öğretim aracı olarak kullanılması, yapay zekâ etiğine olan ilgiyi artırmaktadır. Çalışma, eğitim ortamlarında yapay zekâ sistemleri kullanımının, eğitim kalitesine olumlu katkılar sunmasına karşın yapay zekâ etiğine ilişkin barındırdığı endişelere odaklanmaktadır. Eğitimde öğretim ortamlarını destekleyen yapay zekâ uygulamaları öğrenciler, öğretmenler, okul yöneticileri ve sistem için çeşitli fırsatlar sunmasının yanı sıra belirli sosyal ve etik riskler de içermektedir. Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli Beceri Çerçevesi kapsamında dijital beceriler edinilmesi için öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin eğitime, daha fazla yapay zekâ sistemi entegre etmeleri gerekmektedir. Eğitimde dijital becerilerin kazandırılması noktasında yapay zekâ etiğini incelemek için çalışmada içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, öğrenci ve öğretmenlere ait kişisel verilerin adil, şeffaf ve denetlenebilir bir şekilde güvenli kullanımlarının sağlanmasının önemine işaret etmektedir. Çalışma, yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin kullanımında kişisel veri güvenliği ve mahremiyetini koruyacak nitelikte bir dijital okuryazarlık bilincinin ve toplumsal düzeyde etik algının oluşturulmasını vurgulamaktadır. Ayrıca, yapay zekâ sistemlerinin geliştirilmesinde yapay zekâya ilişkin etik hususlar gözetilmeli ve politika yapıcıların da etikle ilgili yasal düzenlemeleri yapmaları gerekmektedir. Çalışmanın, yapay zekâ uygulamalarının eğitimde kullanımına dair etik sorunları belirleyerek öğrenci, öğretmen ve okul idarecileri için rehberlik edeceği beklenmektedir.
