KİTLESEL BİREYSELLEŞTİRME UYGULAMALARI İÇİN WEB TASARIMI

Abstract

Internet’in ticari hayatın vazgeçilmez bir öğesi haline gelmesi ile üretim ve pazarlamada kitlesel bireyselleştirme tartışmalarıboy göstermeye başladı. Bu noktada müşterilerle çift yönlü etkileşim ve bilgisayar destekli üretim sistemlerinin bütünleştirilmesi sonucunda kabul edilebilir bir fiyattan bireyselleştirilmesinin mümkün olduğunu iddia eden çalışmalara ve kitlesel bireyselleştirme yöntemini uygulayan firmalara rastlanılmaya başladı. Bu çalışmada kitlesel bireyselleştirme yöntemini uygulayan firmaların web sitelerinin incelenmesi sonucunda, kitlesel bireyselleştirme kapsamında bu firmaların Internet’i kullanma stratejilerinden hareketle, tutundurma aracıolarak web sayfalarının yapısıincelenmiştir.

Abstract

Since the internet has become an indispensable part of business practices, both production and marketing literature have witnessed the emergence of mass customization discussions, which, are focused on producing customized goods at acceptable price levels by integration of interactive communication with customers and computer aided manufacturing. This study examines the web sites of firms which utilizes mass-customizations and investigate the structure of the web sites as a promotional tool, regarding their use of Internet
