GİRİŞİMCİLİK VE GİRİŞİMCİKÜLTÜR: SOSYOLOJİK BİR PERSPEKTİF

Abstract

Girişimcilik sadece bir ekonomik değer değil aynızamanda, toplumsal ve kültürel bir fenomendir. İktisadi süreçteki rolüne paralel olarak toplumsal yapıda da, değişimci/yenilikçi bir sürecin başlatıcısıdurumundadır. Girişimcilik, sosyal ve kültürel yapının imkânlarıyla yakından ilişkilidir. Bazısosyal yapılar, girişimci ruh ve kültürü baskılarken, bazılarıteşvik eder. Girişimci kültür, gelişme ve kalkınma için zengin bir potansiyel taşır. Bu çalışmada, girişimci lik olgusunun sosyo-kültürel yapıyla ilişkisi kurulmakta, kültürün girişimcilik üzerindeki etkilerine ve girişimci kültürün karakteristiklerine açıklık getirilmektedir.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is not only an economic value, but also a social and cultural phenomen. As parallel to its role in economic process, entrepreneurship initiatives an innovative in social structure. Entrepreneurship related to potentials of social and cultural structure. Although some social structures encourage entrepreneurial spirit and culture, and others prevent. Entrepreneur culture has a fertile potential for development and improvement. In this study, emphasized that entrepreneurship phenomenon is related to socio-cultural structure, and culture’s effects on entrepreneurship and characteristics of entrepreneurial culture are clarified
