Abstract

Many organizations have downsized and there are continuing pressures to implement increasingly horizontal organizational structures. Both the improvement of information techonology and the changes of organizational structure and management is clear that the development of virtual organizational and worker is support. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of virtual work on virtual worker and virtual organization.
