Abstract

Osmanlılar döneminde Anadolu’da ziraatı yapılan tarım ürünlerinin içerisinde meyve-sebzeüretiminin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Meyveler içerisinde en fazla üretimi yapılan ürünler,üzüm ve ceviz iken, sebzeler içerisinde ise soğan ve sarımsak diğer ürünlere göre öne çıkmaktadır.İncelenen dönem içerisinde, badem, kayısı, erik, elma, armut, kiraz, dut, nar, kestane,fındık, kavun, karpuz, bezelye gibi ürünlerin de ziraatı yapılmaktadır.

Production Of Fruit And Vegetable In Anatolia In The Period Of Ottoman Empire

Abstract

In the Ottoman Period fruit and vegetable-fruit growing had an important place among/within the Anatolian agricultural production. Among the fruits, grape and walnut production were more than the other fruit production and among the vegetable products onion and garlic productions were considerable. Furthermore, there was agriculture of products like as almond, apricot, plum, apple, pear, cherry, mulberry, pomegranate, chestnut, nut, melon, watermelon and pea in this period.
