Abstract

Parlamentolar denetimlerini soru, gensoru, Meclis araştırması, Meclis soruşturması ve genel görüşme vasıtasıyla gerçekleştirirler. Bu çalışmada, Birinci Meşrutiyet Dönemi Parlamentosu’ndaki gensoru, Meclis araştırması, Meclis soruşturması ve genel görüşme incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
