Fuzûlî'nin Sıhhat u Maraz'ında Ahlât-ı Erbaanın İşlenişi ve Bir Tıp Eseri Terceme-i Hulâsa-i Tıb ile Mukayesesi

Abstract

Bu makalede Fuzûlî’nin Sıhhat u Maraz adlı eseriyle bir tıp eseri olan Terceme-iHulâsa-i Tıbb ahlât-ı erbaanın ele alınışı yönünden mukayese edilecektir. Fuzûlî, tıbbısıhhat, hastalık ve tedavi diye üç bölümde ele aldığı Sıhhat u Maraz adlı eserinde birtabip kimliğiyle görünür. Eski tıp anlayışında önemli bir yeri bulunan ve Fuzûlî’ninbu eserine de hakim olan ahlât-ı erbaa(humoral patoloji) teorisi insan bedenini oluşturandört sıvının(kan, safrâ, sevdâ, balgam) dengede olmasıyla bedenin de dengede ve sıhhatteolacağı esasına dayanır. Tıpla ilgili hemen her eserde aynı biçimde ele alındığı yönündebir kanaat bulunan ahlât-ı erbaa teorisinin Fuzûlî’nin bu eserinde birebir aynı olmadığıgörülmektedir. Bu makalenin amacı bu farkı mukayese yoluyla göstermektir. Fuzûlî’ninSıhhat u Maraz’ı ile bir tıp eseri olan Cerrah Mes’ûd’un Terceme-i Hulâsa-ı Tıbb’ı ahlât-ıerbaa teorisince mukayese edildiğinde özellikle hıltların vücutta bulunduğu yerlerde veilaçlarda küçük farklar olduğu görülmektedir.

The Working of Ahlât-ı Erbaa in Fuzûlî's Sıhhat u Maraz and a Comparison With Terceme-i Hulâsa-i Tıbb

Abstract

In this article will compared Fuzûlî’s Sıhhat u Maraz and a medical work Terceme-i Hulâsa-i Tıbb were adressed in terms of hılts. Fuzuli, in his Sıhhat u Maraz which medicine is discussed in three sections as health, illness and treatment will appear with a health ID. Has an important place in the old sense of medicine, and in this work of Fuzûlî judges theory that the human body ahlât-ı Erbaa(humoral patoloji) forms the balance of four liquids will be based on the principle of the body is also healthy. This theory which about its is dominant opinion in almost all work related to medicine in the same way be considered a conviction in the direction the exact is not same in this work of Fuzûlî. The main objective of this article is to show by comparison the difference. A comparison is made between Fuzûlî's Sıhhat u Maraz and Cerrah Mes'ûd's Terceme-i Hulâsa-i Tıbb in terms ahlât-ı erbaa theory ahlât in the body where they are seen to be different
