Mind Mapping in Law

Abstract

Mind mapping is note taking and note making method which gradually spreads in business and educational world. The features of this method, such as including visual elements, providing holistic view, simplifing remembrance and saving time, have effect on this method to be universal. With the above mentioned feautures, this article has been established on the base of the thesis which mind mapping, that bring visuality and provide versatile easiness, have to be legal method in law. In this article, mind mapping method has compared with corresponding methods and gives advices on how will applies this colorful method by the lawyers on the various areas such as legal research, collect information and legal writing.

HUKUKTA ZİHİN HARİTALAMA

Abstract

Zihin haritalama yöntemi, iş ve eğitim dünyasında giderek yaygınlaşan bir not alma ve not oluşturma metodudur. Yöntemin yaygınlaşmasının temelinde, bolca görsel öge barındırması, bütüncül bir bakış açısı sunması, hatırlamayı kolaylaştırması ve zamandan kazandırması gibi özellikleri etkili olmuştur. Bu özelliklerinden hareketle çalışmamız, hukuk disiplinine görsellik kazandırıp çok yönlü kolaylık sağlayacak olan zihin haritalama yönteminin, hukukta bir metot olarak yer alması gerektiği tezi üzerine kurulmuştur. Çalışmamızda zihin haritalama yönteminin diğer yöntemlerle mukayesesi yapılmış ve araştırma yapma, bilgi toplama ve hukukî yazım gibi çeşitli konularda, hukukçular tarafından bu ‘renkli’ yöntemin nasıl uygulanacağına yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir.
