Abstract

“Mikro tarih” ile “global tarih” terimleri bir yığın karışıklığın kaynağı oldu: başlangıçta tarih yazımına ilişkin belirgin ihtisas alanlarına işaret eden “mikro” ve “global” ifadeleri, kısa süre içinde, altına çok farklı yöntemlerin sığındığı şemsiyelere dönüştüler. Aslında “mikro”nun niyeti yalnızca küçük şeylerden ve yerel tarihten, “global”in niyeti de sadece geniş bölgelerden veya birbirlerine uzak farklı mekanlarda meydana gelmiş olayların tarihinden söz etmek değildi. Bu çok basite indirgenmiş görünüm, mezkur metotların başlangıçta ürettikleri yenilikçi bir çok temel unsurun gözden kaçmasına yol açtı. Şimdi bir de “global mikro tarih” hakkında konuşmaya başlamak daha fazla yanlış anlamaya yol açma riskini göze almak manasına gelecektir; mecazi anlamda ifade edecek olursam, aslında akraba olmaktan bir dereceye kadar hoşlansalar da, farklı hedefleri olup birbirlerini de pek iyi tanımayan ve çok farklı karakterlere sahip iki kişinin evlenmesini desteklemenin yol açacağı risklerden söz ediyorum. Bu yüzden; bu iki metodun amaçlarını, birbirlerine yakınlıklarını ve aralarındaki farklılıkları netleştirmeye matuf birkaç öneri sunmak istiyorum.

Ethical Committee Approval

With the decision of ULAKBİM on February 25th, 2020, there is a condition that "All the disciplines of science (including social sciences), there should be an Ethical Committee Approval for research involving human and animal (clinical and experimental) separately and this approval must be mentioned in the article and it should be documented". The research conducted by quantitative or qualitative approaches which require data collection such as questionnaire, interview, observation, focus group study, the experiment is regarded under the aforementioned content.
