PUBLICATION PROCESS

All studies should be submitted to TDAD via DergiPark electronic submission system only. Manuscripts that sent via e-mail, courier, post or by hand, which are independent of DergiPark, will not be considered.

Articles submitted through the system are first reviewed by the journal secretariat, which has the authority to reject submissions that do not meet the template conformity, spelling, and grammar requirements, return them to the responsible author for correction, or request formatting adjustments (this stage generally takes an average of 1 week).

Articles that meet the necessary criteria during the preliminary review phase are sent to the evaluation process and reviewed by at least two referees. Articles receiving positive feedback from both referees are forwarded to the editor. Articles receiving positive and negative feedback from either referee are sent to a third referee  (this phase typically takes 6-8 weeks).

Final decision will be given regarding the details of reviewers and corresponding author (duration of this stage is 1 week).
