1. Articles submitted to the journal are subject to an initial evaluation for their compliance with the journal's principles. Articles that are not prepared in accordance with the principles or outside the scope of the journal are not included in the process.

2. Articles that pass the initial evaluation are reviewed by the Editorial Board and two principal and two substitute referees are appointed who are experts in the subject matter of the article.

3. After the initial evaluation process, articles are subject to double-blind peer review by at least two referees.

4. Articles that receive a "publishable" report from two referees are published in the next issue. If one of the referee reports is positive and the other is negative, the article is sent to a third referee or the Editorial Board makes its decision by taking into account the available reports.

Publication of the article may be deferred to another issue, taking into account author diversity or the number of articles in the issue. The Editorial Board may remove articles from the publication process at any stage, regardless of referee reports, if it is found that they are not in accordance with scientific ethics, principles, and methods or the duties and objectives of the publisher.
