WEB-ASSISTED INSTRUCTION, ELECTRONIC LEARNING AND CERTAIN COURSE MODELS IN WEB-ASSISTED INSTRUCTION PROGRAMS

Abstract

The speed of information age and developing educational technology have changed the ways of instruction and the level of knowledge gained during instruction. The development beginning with distance education turned into computer-assisted educaiton, and then web-based education. Finally came the electronic learning, which is a subcategory of distance learning using the information technology. E-learning has many uses for instructors and learners in terms of the quality of education and has a profond inpact on in-class instruction. This paper aims to describe the subjcets about computer-assisted education, e-learning and the design of web-based education and course models, which are becoming more and more important.

WEB DESTEKLİ EĞİTİM, ELEKTRONİK ÖĞRENME VE WEB DESTEKLİ ÖĞRETİM PROGRAMLARINDAKİ ÇEŞİTLİ DERS MODELLERİ

Abstract

Bilgi çağının hızı ve gelişen eğitim teknolojisi, öğretim yollarını ve öğretim sırasında edinilen bilgi seviyesini değiştirmiştir. İlk olarak uzaktan eğitim ile başlayan gelişme, sonra bilgisayar destekli öğretim ve daha sonra web destekli öğretim olarak devam etmiştir. Günümüzde ise uzaktan eğitimin bir alt kategorisi olan elektronik öğrenme (e-öğrenme) önem kazanmıştır. Öğretmenler ve öğrenciler için eğitim kalitesi açısından birçok yararının yanında e-öğrenmenin sınıf içi öğretimde de oldukça büyük bir etkisi de vardır. Bu çalışmada, günümüzde önemi giderek artan, bilgisayar destekli öğretim, elektronik öğrenme (e-öğrenme), web destekli öğretim tasarımı ve ders modelleri ile ilgili konular açıklanmıştır.
