Çift İlişkilerinde Kendini Açma ve İhtiyaçlara Cevap Verilebilirliğin İlişkideki Yakınlık Açısından Önemi: Kısa Bir Derleme

Abstract

Son yıllarda yakın ilişkiler ile ilgili araştırmalar hızla artmaktadır. Araştırma alanlarının hızla artması bazı spesifik konuları incelemeyi olanaklı kılmaktadır. Bu makalede öncelikle yakın ilişkinin ne demek olduğu üzerinde durulmuş ve şu soruya yanıt aranmıştır: “İnsanlar biriyle « yakın « bir ilişkileri olduğunu söylediklerinde ne demek istiyorlar?” Ardından ilişkilerin sürdürülebilirliğini ve yakın ilişkilerde yakınlığı önemli ölçüde etkileyen iki kavram üzerinde durulmuştur. Bunlar, kendini açma ve ihtiyaçlara cevap verilebilirliktir. Partnerlerin ilişkide birbirlerine kendilerini açmaları ve birbirlerinin ihtiyaçlarına cevap veriyor olmaları yakınlık derecelerini nasıl etkilemektedir? sorusu ele alınmıştır.

The Importance of Self-Disclosure and Responsiveness in Couple Relationships in Terms of Intimacy

Abstract

In recent years, research on close relationships has been rapidly increasing. The increase in research areas makes it possible to examine some specific topics. In this article, we first focus on what a close relationship is and seek an answer to the following question: What do people mean when they say they have a “close” relationship with someone? Then, two concepts that significantly affect the sustainability of relationships and intimacy in close relationships were emphasized; These are self-disclosure and responsiveness. In this paper, we also address the question, “How does the fact that partners open themselves to each other in the relationship and respond to each other’s needs affect the degree of intimacy?”
