Abstract
In the manufacture of clothings which protect human body from the rain and cold more case and comfort in wear are required nowadays. Water repellent finished cloths do not show a satisfactory performance against the rain, water 'proof finished protective cloths, on the other hand, prevent the skin respiration, thus giving discomfort in wear. For the above reasons, new developments have taken place in the production techniques of water proof finished protective cloths which do not prevent the skin performances. Some knowledge about such kinds of cloths is given here, and the method of microholed coating technique is also explained.
