In the evaluation of the articles, double blind peer review arbitration system is executed and articles are evaluated by at least two reviewers. If one of the arbitrators is negative and the other expresses a positive opinion, the Journal Publishing Commission may decide to assign a third arbitrator for the article by examining the referee reports or to return the article to the author. At least two referees are required to submit a positive opinion in order for the paper to be published.

The manuscripts to be submitted to the journal must be prepared in accordance with “the spelling rules”, have not been published elsewhere or should not be in the process of refereeing in another journal at the time of submission to our journal.

The responsibility of science and language in the articles published in the journal belongs to the authors and TESAM ACADEMİ Refereed Journal and editors cannot be held responsible. Citation and quotation can be made from the articles in the journal with giving the reference.
