Plagiarism is defined as the practice of taking someone else’s work or ideas and passing them off as one’s own. Duplication is the plagiarism of itself, it is the re-use of one part of its work or the whole to another article. In some cases, an attempt to divide a work into smaller pieces and publish it in more than one publication is called slicing. However, plagiarism often occurs as a result of the copying and pasting of text. In any case, plagiarism is unacceptable and constitutes a serious offense for the articles to be published in TESAM Academy Refereed Journal.

In the TESAM Academy Refereed Journal, Editor(s) use Article Similarity Analysis Software (Ithenticate) to verify the authenticity of articles that sent. Authors are also advised to analyze before sending the article and be sure that it is not plagiarized. If the referees or editors find that any plagiarism has been made, knowingly or unintentionally, the article is directly rejected.
