Erciyes Üniversitesi Astronomi ve Uzay Bilimleri Gözlemevi T40 Teleskobu İlk Işık Gözlemleri

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Erciyes Üniversitesi Astronomi ve Uzay Bilimleri Gözlemevi Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi (UZAYBİMER) bünyesinde kurulu, 40 cm çaplı optik teleskopla yapılan ilk ışık gözlemlerinin sonuçları sunulmaktadır. İlk ışık gözlemleri için seçilen W-Uma türü kısa dönemli KIC 9760531 (P = 0.242 gün) çift yıldız sistemi, 3 ve 6 Ağustos 2019 gecelerinde Johnson B, V, R ve I filtrelerinde gözlenmiştir. Gözlemler için mukayese yıldızı olarak GSC 3542-00056 ve denet yıldızı olarak GSC 3541-03032 seçilmiştir. Hesaplamalar sonucunda, gözlem yapılan geceler için gecelik sönümleme katsayıları bulunmuştur. Degişen yıldızın ışık eğrisi, ASAS veri tabanından alınan ışık eğrisi ile karşılaştırılmıştır.

First Light Observations of Erciyes University Astronomy and Space Sciences Observatory T40 Telescope

Abstract

In this study, the results of first light observations made with a 40 cm diameter optical telescope installed within the Erciyes University Astronomy and Space Sciences Observatory Research and Application Center (UZAYBİMER) are presented. The W-Uma type short-period binary star system KIC 9760531 (P = 0.242 day) selected for the first light observations was observed with Johnson B, V, R and I filters on the nights of 3 and 6 August 2019. GSC 3542-00056 was selected as the comparison star and GSC 3541- 03032 was selected as the check star. As a result of the calculations, the nightly extinction coefficients were found for the observation nights. The light curve of the variable star was compared with the light curve obtained from the ASAS database.
