Hemşire Liderliğinde Okul Temelli Sağlıklı Beslenme Temalı Motor Oyun Aktiviteleri

Abstract

Çocukluk obezitesi, ilerleyen dönemlerde baş edilmesi zor ciddi problemlere yol açan küresel bir sağlık sorunudur. Bu soruna yönelik önleyici müdahalelerin uygulanmasında okullar, önemli roller üstlenen uygun ortamlardır. Rollerin yerine getirilmesinde ise okul hemşireleri oldukça kritik bir konumdadır. Hemşire liderliğinde yürütülen müdahale programlarıyla obezitenin azaltılmasına yönelik yaklaşımlar ortaya koyulmaktadır. Programlarda yer alan sağlık etkinlikleri, çocuklara farklı öğretim yöntemleri ile sunulmaktadır. Ancak hareket kaslarını çalıştıran ve çocukluk çağının vazgeçilmezi olan motor oyun aktivitelerine oldukça az rastlanmaktadır. Motor oyun aktiviteleri, sağlıklı beslenme konusundaki bilgileri artırmak ve sağlıklı beslenme davranışını geliştirmek için eğlenceli bir öğrenme yöntemidir. Çocukların bu dönemde iyi planlanmış motor oyun aktivitelerine gereksinimi vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hemşire liderliğinde oluşturulan ve yürütülen okul temelli sağlıklı beslenme temalı motor oyun aktivitelerini tanıtmaktır. Fiziksel aktivitenin sağlıklı beslenmeye daima eşlik etmesi gerektiğine dayanarak oluşturulan oyunların, hazırlanma ve uygulanma basamakları çalışmada ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmaktadır. Bu motor oyun aktivitelerinin okul hemşireliği uygulamalarında kullanılması önerilmektedir.

Nurse-Led School-Based Healthy Nutrition Themed Motor Play Activities

Abstract

Childhood obesity is an important global health problem that causes serious problems deal with onward periods. Schools are suitable environments that undertake important roles in applying preventive interventions to this problem. School nurses are in a critical position in carry out of these roles. With nurse-led intervention programs, reducing obesity approaches are put forward. Health activities in the programs are presented to children with different teaching methods. However, motor plays are irreplaceable in childhood and activate the movement muscles, are very rare. However, motor play activities that activate the movement muscles and are irreplaceable in childhood are very rare. Motor play activities are an entertaining learning method in increasing the knowledge about healthy nutrition and developing healthy nutrition behaviour. During this period, children are in need of well-planned motor play activities. The aim of this study is introducing the nurse-led formed and conducted school-based healthy nutritional themed motor play activities. The preparation and implementation steps of the formed plays that based physical activity should always accompany with healthy nutrition, are explained in detail in the study. These motor play activities are recommended to use in school nursing practices.
