Guidelines for Professional Library / Information Educational Programs

Abstract

These guidelines replace the last significant revision in 2000 and incorporate the inclusion of materials in library school curricula that reflects the developments in the provision of library and information services in the 21st century. They set the framework for the necessary objectives for library and information educational programmes: The requirements of core and useful curriculum elements to be included in teaching programmes, the faculty, staff and student requirements for these programmes and theneed for the programmes to be well supported by information and orher sources

Mesleki Kütüphane / Bilgi Eğitimi Programları Kılavuzu

Abstract

Bu kılavuz, 2000 yılında yapılan kapsamlı ve gözden geçirilmiş son versiyonun yerine geçer. Kılavuz’un ilkeleri, 21. yüzyıl kütüphane ve bilgi hizmetlerindeki gelişmeleri yansıtan materyallerin kütüphane okulu ders programlarına alınmasını kapsar. Bu ilkeler kütüphane ve bilgi eğitimine ilişkin programlar için gerekli hedeflerin çerçevesini oluşturur. Bu çerçevede, öğretim programlarına katılacak çekirdek ve yararlı ders programı ögelerine duyulan gereksinim, bu programlar için öğretim elemanı, personel ve öğrenci gereksinimi ve söz konusu programların bilgi ve diğer kaynaklarla desteklenme gereksinimi belirtilmiştir.
