Our journal is an international peer-reviewed journal in the field of social sciences. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are first subjected to a preliminary review by the Editorial Board regarding subject matter, scope, scientific quality, adherence to formatting guidelines, and technical compliance. Manuscripts deemed suitable following this preliminary review are sent to at least two expert reviewers in the relevant field for evaluation.
The journal employs a double-blind peer review system. Under this system, authors’ identities are not disclosed to reviewers, nor are reviewers’ identities disclosed to authors. The principle of confidentiality is upheld throughout the evaluation process.
If both reviewer reports are positive, the manuscript is accepted for publication. If one report is positive and the other is negative, the manuscript is submitted to a third reviewer for evaluation.
If the reviewers suggest revisions or improvements, the manuscript is returned to the author for the necessary revisions. Authors must submit the manuscript with the suggested revisions highlighted in a different color (e.g., red). If the author does not agree with the reviewers’ comments, they are expected to submit their reasons, supported by scientific evidence, in writing to the editorial office.
Authors should not make additions or changes to their manuscripts—whether the peer review process is ongoing or completed—that would significantly alter the scope, content, or core findings of the work.
Following a positive outcome of the peer reviews, the manuscript undergoes a final review by the Editorial Board. After these final checks, a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number is assigned to the article, and it is included in the publication schedule for publication.
