Diffüz İdiyopatik İskelet Hiperostozu (DISH): İki Olgu Sunumu Ve Literatürün Gözden Geçirilmesi

Year 2011, Volume: 5 Issue: 2, 66 - 70, 28.08.2011

Abstract

Radyolojik görünüm ankilozan spondilite (AS) benzeyebilir ve ayırıcı tanıda mutlaka düşünülmesi gerekir. Bu
yazıda DİSH tanısı konulan iki erkek olgu sunulmuştur ve görüntüleme bulguları eşliğinde bu hastalığın ankilozan spondilit ve osteoartritten ayrılan yönleri literatür eşliğinde ele alınmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperosteosis (DISH) is a disease of unknown etiology which is more commonly seen in males after the 5th decade and characterized by bone hypertrophy
in enthesis points of ligaments and tendons and pain, stiffness and limitations in motion, clinically. Radiological appearance may resemble ankylosing spondylitis and it should necessarily be considered in differential diagnosis. In this report, two male patients diagnosed as DISH syndrome were presented and the differential diagnosis from ankylosing spondylitis and osteooarthritis were discussed with imaging findings and review of literature.
