Abstract

Choledocal cysts are uncommon pathologies which characterize by cystic dilatations of intrahepatic and/or extrahepatic bile ducts. Early diagnosis and the appopriate therapy of choledocal cysts are important for preventing the complications. Oral cholesytography and intravenous cholangiography are helpful in diagnosis but ultrasound and computarized tomography are the first diagnostic methods in recent years. We aimed to present the ultrasound and computarized tomography findings of choledocal cysts in two cases. Abstract

Koledok kistleri ekstrahepatik ve/veya intrahepatik safra yollarında kistik dilatasyonlarla karakterize, nadir görülen bir anomalidir. Koledok kistlerinin erken tam ve tedavisinin yapılması komplikasyonların önlenmesinde önemlidir. Oral kolesistografı ve intravenöz kolanjiografi tanıya yardımcı olmakla birlikte bugün için ultrason ve bilgisayarlı tomografi tanıda öncelikle kullanılan yöntemlerdir. İki olgu nedeniyle koledok kistlerinin bilgisayarlı tomografi ve ultrason görünüm özelliklerini sunmayı amaçladık.
