Öfke Denetimi Eğitiminin Çocuklarda Gözlenen Saldırgan Davranışlar Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

This research was a 3x3 split plot model. It was based on experimental study that aimed at showing the effectiveness of the anger management program of decreasing aggressive behaviours of 10-11 years-old primary school students. The hypothesis of the research, “Aggression levels of the teratment group‟s students, who are exposed to anger management education, will decrease from the aggression levels of the placebo and control group‟s students, who are none educated, and how long this decrease will last.” was tested. The independent variable of this research was anger management education programme for decreasing aggression. Dependent variable was aggression scores of the subjects. Dependent variable was measured with the Aggression Scale devaloped by the researcher. Findings obtained within the research. It was revealed that the treatment group, trained for anger management, had less aggression scores and this difference even continued after the two month‟s period. The result obtained at the research was confirmed the hypothesis.
