About ORCID
As it is known, researcher identification numbers are used to prevent some problems arising from the similarities of names / institutions in the scientific studies of researchers, scientists and academicians.
Within the scope of the studies carried out in cooperation with TÜBİTAK, ULAKBİM and YÖK, it is decided to use ORCID identification.
ORCID stands for Open
Researcher and Contributor ID. ORCID is a 16-digit numbered URI that complies
with the ISO Standard (ISO 27729), also known as the International Standard
Name Identifier (ISNI).
NOTE: You can create a free registration for the individual ORCID at http://orcid.org
