İŞE TUTKUNLUĞUN ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIĞA ETKİSİ: OTEL ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerde
performans ve verimliliği artırmada etkileri bulunan işe tutkunluk ve örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkileri sorgulamak ve çalışanlara bu
davranışları kazandırabilmek için önerilerde bulunmaktır. Araştırma
Balıkesir’in Bandırma ilçesindeki üç yıldız ve üzerindeki otel çalışanları
üzerine yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler T-testi, Korelâsyon ve regresyon
analizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda otel çalışanlarının işe
tutkunluk ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı
ilişkiler bulunmuş, işe tutkunluğun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının önemli
bir kısmını açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir.
