OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİNİN SOSYAL TAKAS, ÖZÜMSEME KAPASİTESİ VE PSİKOLOJİK SÖZLEŞME ALGILARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; okul yöneticilerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda sosyal takas, özümseme kapasitesi ve psikolojik sözleşme algıları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkinin olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Okul yöneticilerinin sosyal takas, özümseme kapasitesi ve psikolojik sözleşme algılarına ilişkin görüşleri kişisel değişkenlere göre incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Bolu ilinde ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 249 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Shore, Tetrick, Lynch & Barksdale (2006) tarafından geliştirilen ve Karagonlar, Öztürk & Özmen (2016) tarafından Türkçe uyarlaması yapılan Sosyal Takas Algısı Ölçeği ve Demirer (2019) tarafından geliştirilen Özümseme Kapasitesi Ölçeği ile Okul Yöneticilerinin Psikolojik Sözleşme Algısı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Okul yöneticilerinin sosyal takas algısında cinsiyet değişkenine göre; özümseme kapasitesi düzeylerinde görev değişkenine göre anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Ayrıca okul yöneticilerinin psikolojik sözleşme algıları arasında görev, yaş ve yöneticilik kıdemi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Okul yöneticilerinin sosyal takas, özümseme kapasitesi ve psikolojik sözleşme algıları arasında orta düzeyde anlamlı pozitif ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
