All content published in our journal is open access and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.
• Copyright and License:
The author(s) retain the copyright of the work; however, they grant TRT Academy Journal a non-exclusive right of first publication to publish, disseminate, archive, and make the work publicly available in print and electronic formats.
• Use by Third Parties:
Under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, third parties may share the work for non-commercial purposes, without modification, and with proper attribution to the original author(s).
• Authors’ Retained Rights:
– Patent rights and other registered intellectual property rights belong to the author(s).
– The author(s) may freely use all or part of their work in books, courses, presentations, conferences, and non-commercial repositories.
– The author(s) may reproduce and share the work for non-commercial purposes without additional permission.
• Translation Rights:
The right to translate and publish the work in other languages is granted exclusively to the Journal management. Third parties may not translate the work under the CC BY-NC-ND license.
• Responsibility:
The scientific, ethical, and legal responsibility for the published work belongs to the author(s).
The author(s) must obtain copyright permissions for all texts, images, tables, or other materials used in the manuscript; otherwise, all legal and financial liabilities rest with the author(s).
