The aim of the present study is to examine the level of service quality perceived by students who are members of youth centre. Descriptive survey model was used in the study. Population of the study consists of students who are members of Youth Centres within the body of Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey, while the sample consists of 196 participants who were selected with random sampling method among students who are members of Youth Centres within the body of Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Turkey. Personal Information Form developed by the researchers and “The Perceived Service Quality Scale for Youth Centres" developed for youth centres by Aycan (1) and revised by Polat et al. (3) were used in the study as data collection tool. Student t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Tukey multiple comparison test were used to analyse the study data. No significant difference was found in the variables of gender, age, membership duration, number of siblings, the state of doing sport, family income and having youth centre member in the family. In line with this result, it can be recommended for youth centres not to act with the same system and understanding in their activity programs. It can be said that if the system and functioning of each activity are different, this may have a positive effect on the curiosity and excitement of members. Finally, it would be appropriate to emphasize the point of communication between staff in youth centres and the members. It can be said that the level of relationship between staff and members will have a positive effect on the participation frequency of members.
