Genç maarif nazırımız Vasıf Bey mühim bir adım attı. Amerikalı
terbiye mütehassıslarından Mister (John Deweyi) celb edecek; bu karar
vakıa’dır, pek mühimdir. Anglosakson usul-i terbiye ve talimi! Anglosakson usul
talimi! Bunu pek çok senelerden beri yazıyor ve bundan dolayı yüz türlü su-i
tefsirlere maruz kalıyorduk.
