Araştırmacı yazar, akademisyen. 1 Ocak 1973, Palu / Elâzığ doğumlu. İlköğrenimini Atatürk İlkokulu (4. Sınıf) ile Kıbrıs Şehitleri İlkokulu (5. Sınıf)’nda yaptı. Elazığ İmam Hatip Ortaokulu ile Elazığ İmam Hatip Lisesi’ni bitirdi. Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü'nde lisans öğrenimi gördü. 1998’den itibaren çalıştığı Niğde Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde gördüğü yüksek lisans eğitimini “Niğde Masalları” başlıklı tezi ile bitirdi (2000). “Türk Dünyası Coğrafyasında Tespit Edilmiş Hayvan Masalları Üzerinde Bir İnceleme” tezi ile de Selçuk Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde doktora çalışmasını tamamladı (2004). Niğde Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü’nde de doçent oldu. Halen bu fakültede görevini sürdürmektedir. Figen Bakırcı ile evli olup; Selcen, Gökçen, Mehmet Göktuğ adlarında üç çocuk babasıdır.
Oysara Madaliyeva is a senior researcher at the Abu Rayhan Beruni Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, Uzbekistan), Doctor of Philosophy in Philology (PhD), Associate Professor.
From 2008 to 2014, she studied at the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (now University) with a specialization in Classical Philology.

classical philology and literary source studies. Her research interests
include classical literature in Turkic and Farsi.
She has participated in international conferences and workshops in Baku,
Istanbul, Tehran, Almaty, Ashgabat, Bad-Hamburg, and elsewhere. She is the
author of about 40 scientific works, including two monographs. She has participated in
about 10 scientific projects in Uzbekistan (2015–2025) and is the head of a
foreign project awarded by CERF (2024).

Elvin Yıldırım graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Letters, Department of History in 2007. In 2012, she completed his master\'s degree in the Department of General Turkish History at Istanbul University Faculty of Letters. In 2013, she started her doctoral education in the Department of Medieval History at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Social Sciences Institute, which she completed in 2017 with a thesis titled \"Andronovo Culture.\" The work titled Andronovo Culture, published by Ötüken Publishing House in 2020, received the Turkic Academy of Sciences (TÜBA)- TÜBA-TESEP Honorable Mention and the 8th Turkic World Book of the Year awards from the Istanbul Provincial Presidency of Ülkü Ocakları in 2021. As a part of her studies, Yıldırım conducted fieldwork, worked in libraries, and carried out research in museums in Russia, Southern Siberia, Mongolia, and East Turkestan. Since 2018, Elvin Yıldırım has been working in the History Department at Istanbul Aydın University and continues her work on Turkic and Central Asian Archaeology and the material culture elements of the Turks. She has four published books (The Origin of Turkish Steppe Culture Andronovo Culture, Colors in Turkic Culture, Turks in Russia, East Turkestan Travelogue) and many published international papers, articles and book chapters. She has taken part in the projects Atlas of the History and Culture of Turkic States, A Key Concept in the Integration Process of the Turkic World: TURKISTAN (Common Homeland in Historical and Literary Texts), Symposium on the 30th Anniversary of Independence of the Turkic Republics, and The Social and Economic Status of Turks in Russia. She continues her studies on early Turkic history based on Russian archaeological reports of archaeological excavations carried out in Siberia and she is one of the few people working in this field in Turkey. Elvin Yıldırım has been conducting excavation work as the Project Director of the \"Equestrian Culture Project\" in Mongolia for the last two years.
