Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the differences between physical activity levels and quality of life of individuals in middle adolescence. The data of the study was determined by the appropriate sampling model and was carried out on a total of 1040 middle-adolescent individuals studying at the high school level in the 2021-2022 academic year. The "International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Short Form" was used to determine the physical activity level of the individuals participating in the study, and the "Quality of Life Scale for Children" was used as the data collection tool to determine the quality of life. In the analysis of the data, Oneway Anova was used for the average of the quantitative data, and the Independent t test was used for the comparison of the paired groups. According to the research results; When the quality of life of the individuals in the middle adolescence who participated in the study was compared according to the gender variable, it was determined that there was a significant difference, and this difference was in favor of males. In the study, when the relationship between the quality of life of individuals in middle adolescence and their physical activity levels was examined, it was determined that there was a significant difference. As a result, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the life quality of individuals in middle adolescence and their age, but there was a significant difference between gender and gender. In the light of these results, it can be said that sportive activities in middle adolescence have a significant positive effect on the quality of life of the individual.
