Abstract
The purpose of this research; The aim of this course is to examine the relationship between the level of mental endurance in sports and immorality in sports of students at the faculties of sports sciences. The population of people studying at the faculty of sport sciences 256 people in the sample group. 146 of the participants are male (x̄age= 21,9 ± 4,2) and 110 of them are female (x̄age= 21,8 ± 3,5). In the study, as a data collection tool, the "Mental Resilience Inventory in Sports" and "Morality in Sports Scale" was used. In the analysis of the data; descriptive statistical methods, t-Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Bonferroni Test were used. It was determined that the participants' scores of the scale of immorality in sports did not show a statistically significant difference according to the variables of mother's education level, father's education level and sports background (p>0,05). However, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in favor of male participants according to the gender variable (p<0,05). It was determined that the mental endurance scale scores in sports did not show a statistically significant difference according to mother's education level and father's education level (p>0,05). However, it was determined that the scores of the confidence, control and continuity sub-dimensions showed a statistically significant difference in favor of male participants in all sub-dimensions of the gender variable, and that the scores of the confidence sub-dimension show a statistically significant difference according to the sports background variable (p<0,05). In addition, a positive and medium level, statistically significant correlation was found between the scores of the immorality scale in sports and the scores of the continuity sub-dimensions of the mental endurance scale in sports.
