General Rules
1. The publication language of the Turkish Journal of Sports Science is Turkish and English.
2. The study to be published in the journal should not have been published before or under evaluation of any other journal at the same time, or given the right to publish.
3. The authors acknowledge that the paper submitted to the journal complies with the principles recommended for human and animal studies in the Declaration of Helsinki. The author(s) take the entire responsibility for that.
4. The ethical and legal responsibility of the articles belongs to the author(s). It is essential that the authors comply with national and international ethical guidelines and obtain permission from the relevant ethical committees for research conducted in humans or animals.
5. If studies previously presented as presentations, papers, or abstracts in scientific meetings are converted into articles, this should be indicated on the title page.
6. If the study was supported by an institution/organization or prepared from a doctoral/master's thesis, it should be indicated on the title page.
7. After the manuscripts are submitted to the journal for publication, author names cannot be removed, new names cannot be added, and author orders cannot be changed without the written consent of all authors.
8. The plagiarism report of the submitted study (http://www.ithenticate.com) should be uploaded as an additional file." The report should be signed by author(s). The similarity rate should not exceed 15%, excluding citations.
9. Information about the names of the authors and their institutions should not be given in the main text. Such details should be stated in the title page.
10. While writing your article, you can use the sample file written in accordance with the spelling rules. All work that is not submitted according to the written template will not be considered. For the sample article template, please click on the file below.
