Turkish Journal of Social Work Research is an international refereed journal published twice a year. The journal aims to inform the reader in theoretical and practical terms by including research, reviews, papers and case presentations in the field of social work and social science. There is a need for more scientific studies in Turkey in the field of social work, which is widely accepted as an applied science and profession in the world. Although social work, which has knowledge, skills and value components, is a universal science, it is necessary to develop and share practices specific to the social context of each society. In this respect, Turkish Journal of Social Work Research, which is indexed in international indexes, undertakes the mission of introducing the exemplary models developed as a result of scientific research to the world.
