Jonathan B. Singer, PhD, LCSW is an internationally recognized expert in youth suicide and social work technology. He is Professor of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago, Past-President of the American Association of Suicidology, coauthor of two editions of the best-selling text "Suicide in Schools: A Practitioner's Guide to Multi-level Prevention, Assessment, Intervention, and Postvention," co-editor of the 2025 text, "Podcasting in Social Work Education: A Way Forward for Educators," co-lead of the Social Work Grand Challenge “Harness Technology for Social Good,” and founder and host of the award-winning Social Work Podcast, for which he was named an NASW Social Work Pioneer in 2023. In 2024 he was inducted as a Fellow of the Society for Social Work and Research.
2008-2009 yılları arasında Ankara ve İstanbul’da SHÇEK’e bağlı kuruluşlarda, 2009-2018 yılları arasında İstanbul, Ankara ve Burdur’da, Sağlık Bakanlığına bağlı Hastanelerde sosyal çalışmacı olarak görev yaptı. 2018 Şubat ayından beri T.C Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Üniversitesi İİBF Sosyal Hizmet Bölümünde çalışmaktadır.Yanardağ, sosyal çalışma podcastin yapımcılığını, geliştirdiği shupervizyon projesinin koordinatörlüğünü ve sosyal hizmet ile ilgili çeşitli projeleri yürütmektedir.. Ekoloji, makro sosyal hizmet klinik sosyal hizmet,eleştirel sosyal hizmet gibi konulara ilgi duymaktadır
Emine Güzel completed her BA in English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University Faculty of Education (2006–2010). She received her MA in English Language Teaching from Atatürk University Institute of Educational Sciences (2011–2014), and completed her PhD in Foreign Language Education at Hacettepe University Institute of Educational Sciences (2015–2022). In 2012, she obtained the CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualification through Cambridge English Language Assessment at University of Cambridge, and in 2023, she completed DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Module 2: Developing Professional Practice. Her research interests include music and song-based pedagogies in EFL, adult language learning, professional development, and the affective dimensions of language teaching. She has been working as an instructor in English Language Teaching at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University School of Foreign Languages in Rize since 2010.
