About

The Ufuk University Journal of Social Sciences Institute is a peer-reviewed journal (utilizing double-blind peer review with at least two reviewers) that has been published continuously since 2011. The journal focuses on publishing scientific studies in the field of social sciences.

Key Information
- Articles submitted to the journal undergo a peer-review process and are published twice a year in June and December.
- No submission or publication fees are charged to authors.
- Manuscripts can be submitted in either Turkish or English.
- Articles must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere for consideration.
- The journal is currently under evaluation for inclusion in TR Index (TRDizin).
- While the copyrights of accepted articles belong to the journal, the authors bear full legal responsibility for the content of their published work.

Plagiarism Policy
Submitted articles must be accompanied by a similarity report generated using iThenticate or Turnitin. Articles must have a similarity rate below 15% (excluding references and quotations) to be considered for review.

Ethical Approval
In compliance with Ulakbim TR Index requirements, studies requiring ethical committee approval must include the Ethics Committee Approval Document. Authors are responsible for stating this approval in their articles and providing documentation upon submission.
