OTOMATİK PAKETLEME SİSTEMİNİN ARIZA/ TAMİR BAKIM İŞLEMLERİNDE VERİMLİLİK VE TAMPON STOK SEVİYESİ BELİRLENMESİ

Abstract

Rekabetin
artması ve müşterinin istediği ürüne ulaşmasının kolaylaşmasıyla kalite, artık
tek seçim kriteri olmaktan çıkmış, müşteri isteklerini kısa zamanda karşılama ve
tedarik süresi büyük önem kazanmıştır. Bunun için otomatik sistemlerin hızından
yararlanmak gerekmektedir. Otomatik üretim sistemlerinde ara bölümlerde
oluşturulan tampon stoklar sayesinde makinelerde yaşanabilecek herhangi bir
arıza durumunda tutulan tampon stok miktarı kullanılarak arızanın tüm sistemi
etkilemesine müsaade edilmez. Otomatik üretim hatları gıda işletmelerinde sıkça
kullanılmaktadır. Çünkü gıda üretiminde paket sayısının yüksek ve hijyenik
olması gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışma, bir gıda işletmesinin sıvı dolumu
yapıldığı UHT hattında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Otomatik üretim hattı olarak UHT
birimindeki 200 ml’lik sade ve aromalı paket sütleri üreten A3 SPEED SLIM
makinesinin bulunduğu hat analiz edilmiştir. Hat üzerindeki işlemleri farklı
otomatik makineler yapmaktadır. Makinelerin arıza duruş süreleri ve arızalanma
frekansları farklılık göstermektedir. Arıza ve tamir bakım sürelerinin değişken
olması sistem verimliliğini etkilemektedir. En uygun seviyedeki üretim hızı,
stok miktarı seviyesi ve verimlilik analiz edilmiştir.

PRODUCTIVITY AND BUFFER STOCK LEVEL DETERMINATION IN AUTOMATIC PACKAGING SYSTEMS IN FAULT / REPAIR MAINTENANCE

Abstract

Increased
competition and easier access to the customer's desired product, quality is no
longer a single-choice criterion, and customer satisfaction and supply time are
of great importance. It is necessary to take advantage of the speed of
automatic systems for this. Buffer stocks created in intermediate sections in
automatic production systems are not allowed to affect the whole system by
using the amount of buffer stock held in case of any failure that may occur in
the machines. Automatic production lines are frequently used in food
enterprises. Because the number of packages in food production is high and
hygienic requires. This work was carried out on a UHT line where a food
operation was filled with liquid. The line containing the A3 SPEED SLIM
machine, which produces 200 ml of plain and flavored milk packs in the UHT unit
as an automatic production line, was analyzed. The operations on the line make
different automatic machines. Failure downtimes and failure frequencies of the
machines vary. Varying of breakdown and repair maintenance periods affect
system efficiency. The most appropriate level of production speed, level of
stock quantity and efficiency have been analyzed.
