The aim of Ulisa: International Studies Journal, published by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies, is to emphasize quality rather than quantity, to enrich Turkish literature and to encourage interdisciplinary work.

Review, analytical, theoretical, research or book reviews are accepted for publication.
