The official language of the journal is English. All manuscripts must include both Turkish and English abstracts (not mandatory for authors whose native language is not Turkish).
All submissions are initially evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors. Manuscripts deemed suitable are then sent to members of the journal’s Scientific Advisory Board for further evaluation.
All manuscripts submitted for publication undergo peer review and revision when necessary. Authors may be asked to respond to reviewer comments and address any deficiencies identified during the evaluation process. Manuscripts accepted for publication are subjected to a detailed review for accuracy and consistency and are prepared for publication. The final version is sent to the authors for approval prior to publication.
Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. In cases where reviewers’ opinions differ, the final decision is made by the Editor or, if necessary, by consulting a third reviewer. The Editor reviews all referee reports and communicates the final decision to the authors.
The peer review process is conducted in a double-blind manner; therefore, the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors, and reviewers do not have access to the identities of the authors. Manuscripts that are not considered adequate are expected to be improved in line with reviewer recommendations. However, manuscripts that fail to reach the required scientific standard may be rejected by the Editor without providing detailed justification.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
All required documents must be uploaded using the appropriate file categories defined under the “Submission Files” section of the system.
Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official “Article template" provided by the journal. Submissions that do not comply with the required template may be returned without review.
A separate title page must be prepared using the journal’s “Title Page Template” and submitted as an independent file.
Plagiarism Policy: All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin and iThenticate). Manuscripts with a similarity rate exceeding 20% will be rejected. The journal follows COPE guidelines in handling all cases of plagiarism and research misconduct.

Abstract
The abstract should be structured under the following subheadings: Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion. It should be written in Times New Roman, 8-point font, with single line spacing, and should be between 150–250 words. The abstract must clearly and concisely present the scope, purpose, methodology, main findings, and conclusions of the study.
**In review articles and letter to editor, the abstract must be presented in an unstructured format. The manuscript should be organized according to the thematic headings of the review.
**The structured abstract format (Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion) is applicable only to research articles and case reports.
Introduction
The content of the article should be written in Times New Roman font at 10 pt. The margins should be 2.5 cm, and the spacing between paragraphs should be 0 pt. before and 0 pt. after. Spacing before and after headings should be 6 pt. Line spacing in the text should be single paragraph spacing before and after 0 pt. The first paragraph after the title should be left justified, and the following paragraphs should be indented 1 cm on the first line. In the introduction section, the problem statement and justification of the research, the theoretical framework of the research and literature synthesis, the purpose of the research, and sub-problems should be included.
Materials and Methods
It should be written in Times New Roman font and 10 pt. Texts should be written in Times New Roman font, and the spacing in subheadings should be 6 pt before and after. Line spacing in the text should be 6 pt before and after single paragraph spacing. The first paragraph after the title is left justified, and the following paragraphs are indented 1cm on the first line.
In the methodology section, the type and design of the research should be explained, and subheadings such as population and sample/study group, data collection tools, data collection and analysis, and experimental procedure/implementation process should be included.
In this section, it should be stated who the study group consists of and how it was selected, and if possible, demographic information about the participants should be presented in a table. Information about the characteristics, development, validity, and reliability of the data collection tool(s) used in the research should be given. The statistical techniques used in the analysis of the data, the purpose of their use, the significance levels used, and the stages of content analysis and thematic analysis should be detailed.
Information about the ethics committee's approval of the research (name of the committee, date, and number) should be stated on the last page of the article and should also be explained in the method section.
Results
The table should not exceed the page dimensions. The title and content of the table should be in Times New Roman font, 9 pt, with the first word in upper case and the rest in lower case. The font can be reduced if needed. For the text within the table, it should be in 9-point size and should be set without spaces before and after the lines. Initial letters should be capitalized in table titles. The examples given below can be used.

Figures, graphics, and photographs must be submitted as separate files (JPEG or TIFF format) through the submission system and must also be uploaded as separate files in addition to the main manuscript.
When figures contain multiple parts, each subfigure must be uploaded separately and should not be combined into a single image.
Arrows, arrowheads, stars, asterisks, and similar markers may be used to support figure legends where necessary.
All figures must be prepared in accordance with the double-blind review process. Any information that may reveal the identity of the authors or their institutions must be removed.
The minimum resolution for all submitted figures is 300 DPI.
Discussion
The results obtained in the study should be discussed, interpreted and inferences should be made together with the results of national and international literature.
Conclusion
In this section, the main findings of the study should be briefly summarized, and their scientific and clinical significance should be highlighted. The conclusions should be based on the findings. Recommendations for future research should be provided.
Data Availability Statement
Authors must provide a statement describing the availability of the data supporting the findings of the study. Data may be publicly available, available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author, or not publicly available due to ethical, legal, or privacy restrictions.
If data are not publicly available, authors must clearly state the reason.
References
The bibliography section should be created starting from a new page. References should be arranged in accordance with the “Vancouver” style. References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text, in parentheses with a font size of 10, and before the period at the end of the sentence. Single line spacing should be used when writing references.
• If there are more than two cited articles and the reference numbers are consecutive, a (-) sign should be placed between the first and last digits (example: 3-6); Otherwise, it should be written with (,) between them.
• If the source will be cited in a sentence in the article, it should be stated in parentheses right after the author's name. Example: Greenblatt et al. (source number) in his study
• If there are six or fewer authors in the cited article, the names of all authors should be written; When there are seven or more authors, the names of the first six authors should be written, followed by "et al." in Turkish sources and "et al." in non-Turkish sources. should be used.
• All literatures mentioned in the text are in the "Resources" section; Any literature given in the sources should be given in the text.

• DOIs should be included for all references where available.
In-text Citation: It should be preferred to use citation programs such as Endnote or Mendeley when writing references. The citation model should be adjusted by selecting Vancouver style in the program, and then, if necessary, adjustments should be made manually.
