Abstract

In today’s world, where the knowledge is very important, companies are among those institutions that are mostly in need of knowledge. Enterprises need information during the taking acuurate desicicions about future finding sources and controlling sources correctly according top ast and current situations. Financial information comes as first among the datas for the company managers to make their activities permanent successfully. The usage of the systematic cycle of the financial information at a company, gives the company managers the opportunity of accessing the information whenever and wherever they want. The system providing this cycle is the financial information system. In this sense, financial knowledge system faces with as a situations interceding the acuurate knowledge to get trully at correct place and time and helping all the directions contain different levels at Works. In this study, the effect of the financial information system of the limited and incorporated companies, functioning in Aydın city centre, on their management function and the results of the usage of the financial information system for the menagement functions are tried to be revealed.

FİNANSAL BİLGİ SİSTEMİNİN İŞLETMELERİN YÖNETİM FONKSİYONU ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: AYDIN İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Bilginin oldukça önem arz ettiği günümüz dünyasında, bilgiye en çok ihtiyacı olan kurumlardan biri isletmelerdir. Dsletmeler geçmis ve cari durumlarına bakarak gelecekle ilgili doğru kararlar alma, kaynak bulma ve kaynakları etkin bir sekilde yönetme asamasında bilgiye gereksinim duymaktadırlar. Dsletme yöneticilerinin faaliyetlerini basarılı bir sekilde sürekli hale getirebilmesi için ihtiyaç duyduğu bilgilerin basında finansal bilgiler gelmektedir. Finansal bilgilerin isletme içinde sistematik bir sekilde döngüsünün olması, yöneticilerin bu bilgileri istediği zaman ve yerde elde etmesine olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu döngüyü sağlayan sistem ise finansal bilgi sistemidir. Bu bağlamda, finansal bilgi sistemi, isletmelerde her yönetim düzeyindeki yöneticinin etkin karar alabilmesi ve basarılı olabilmesi, doğru bilgiyi, doğru biçimde, doğru yerde ve tam zamanında elde edebilmesine aracılık eden bir sistem olarak karsımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalısmada, Aydın il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren limited ve anonim sirketlerin genel özellikleri, finansal bilgi sisteminin yönetim fonksiyonunun yerine getirilmesindeki etkisi ve finansal bilgi sistemi kullanımının yönetim faaliyetlerine olan sonucu ortaya çıkarılmaya çalısılmıstır.
