The Covid-19 pandemic has upended almost all aspects of human life worldwide. The pandemic process, which has caused many difficulties and many changes for precautionary purposes, has also affected the work area, and many sectors have switched to working from home. Many concerns and uncertainties such as the rapid transition to working from home, as well as the tragic loss of life, the process of adapting to changes, the risk of disease transmission, have deeply affected people. In this context, the aim of the research is to examine the effect of working from home on work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. For this purpose, data on the subject were collected by applying a questionnaire to a total of 169 people. In the study, the SPSS 25.0 program was used in the analysis of the data. After the reliability and validity analyses of the scales, hypotheses were tested with correlation and regression analysis. As a result of the analyses, it was concluded that working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic process in the negative direction affects work stress. In addition, it was determined that while the flexibility dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of working from home, did not have a statistically significant effect on work stress, the productivity dimension affected work stress in the positive direction, and the business life intervention and organizational trust dimension affected work stress in the negative direction.
