In the Middle Ages, the developments in the industry were formed as a result of the experiences of education and societies, and as a result of commercial activities, merchants traveled to many countries and carried the innovations there to their own country. In addition to these, some knowledge of weapon technology was obtained from prisoners captured in wars. Having a new technology was not easy. There were situations such as learning, producing, processing and using every new system that was tried to be brought. In other words, it was not enough to get the technology, and the masters had to be brought to teach him. This new technology that was learned brought along a great profit economically. Therefore, the advanced technology and strength of the state-of-the-art states were increasing at the same rate. Middle-Eastern states generally imported innovations from the Far-East, from China. Every new technology used in the Middle-East was closely followed by Europe. Europe was learning these developments both through the Andalusian Umayyad State in Spain, from the pilgrims who came to the region to fulfill their pilgrimage, and from the caravans on the move through commercial developments. Later on, Crusades were added to these developments. Within the scope of the innovations in the field of industry, the branches of industry that are within the scope of our study are mainly; we wanted to designate as glass, paper, textile and sugar. Apart from these, information about woodworking, shipping, mining, soap, rose water production and mill use has been tried to be given. When we look at the income generated by the states in line with these developments, we can better understand why in the struggles and wars for industrial technology. In addition, information such as which state is better in which industry, production capacities compared to each other, and what are the import and export products are tried to be given in the study.
