There have been many diseases that are considered pandemics in the history of the world. In the age we live in, what our share of epidemics is the disease called Covid-19. Some of the workers are able to work in their homes on the days when curfews were imposed in consequence of the present conditions. Some professions are in disadvantageous positions. Market employees can be counted in this disadvantaged group. For, apart from the effects of big countries, meeting the food needs, which is the most essential among the social lives of today's individuals who are homo economicus, with both physical and social characteristics, has been the most important issue that occupies the mind in daily life during the pandemic process. For this reason, the markets remained open even on the days of the curfew during the pandemic process, and the employees had to work despite the high risk of becoming Covid-19 patients. This study has emerged with the problem of studying the experiences of the disadvantaged market employees who do not have the opportunity to work from home during the pandemic process. In this sense, it aims to make a situation analysis.
