Kazakh Turks and Arab countries give the importance to the use of the proverbs in linguistics as much as much as other countries do. Proverbs illustrate the history, life and social life of the people. Society’s attitude towards life, enjoyment, joy, and suffering are placed in proverbs. The people have brought up to present their experiences in a beautiful and understandable language through these words. Proverbs carry out the features such as simplicity of the sentence structure, accuracy of meaning, easiness of pronunciation and impressiveness. Proverbs are always created in conditional or imperative mode, and they do not contain romantic features. Proverbs are not the fruit of just one era. They are connected with the people’s past. According to the meaning of the proverbs, they represent the historical events in every era, the traditions and customs and life of the people. That is why, proverbs carry out the national character and reach meanings. Since the proverbs are occured from the people’s life, social life, experience and labor, they consist of various subjetcs. Proverbs discuss the subjects such as people’s life, tradition-custom, view of life, profession, job, joy, pain, upbringing style, education, shortly all the facts and details of public life are mentioned in the proverbs. Recently, proverbs have been researched as a separate branch of linguistics. In this study proverbs are compared in the context of the word-grammar, word-style, logic-sentence knowledge, by researching proverbs sometimes within the limits of a language, sometimes within two or more relatives and non-related languages. In this article, which examines comparative proverbs, the origins, grammatical structures, vocabulary and meaning features of Kazakh and Arabic proverbs are analyzed.
